Yay! I have lost 1.5 lbs in a week! maybe more, because when i weighed in at 198, i was naked. Just weighed myself now fully clothed after eating and came in at 196.5! Soooooooo happy!

sun-tan-skin asked: Hey, well obviously your trying to get thin, but i think your going about it the wrong way. its best not to count your calorie intake because really, you dont get thin that way, it isnt healthy to be obsessed about carbs and sugar. Im thin, and i stay fit and healthy because i eat the right things. i just really want to help you reach your goal! so im going to give you some advice and i really hop you take it into consideration. The best way to eat for your body is: when you wake up in the morning drink a glass of water as your body has been deprived of it all night and to function properly it needs this. Breakfast is the most important part of your day, you need to eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch and a pauper for dinner - this mean your meals get smaller as the day progresses. For breakfast here are some good ideas: Paw Paw with lime juice (it is a nutrience filled fruit to keep you going), Avocado on toast, avocado is the healthiest thing ever! im half Hungarian and my nagypapa makes this for me (sprinkle some pepper and salt on top, or you can mash it up and add red onions salt), fruit platters - pineapple, strawberries (they whiten your teeth), kiwi fruit, paw paw, apple etc.. For lunch have a BLTE - bacon lettuce tomato and egg - egg for your protein, Greek salad - use only fresh produce. For dinner have fish - its really important to have fish at least twice a week if possible, its great brain food!. Try and skip dessert or have it once every two nights or three. Just remember: its okay to eat something sweet in moderation, just make sure the predominant things you eat are healthy. Its really good to drink green tea- like you said in one of your posts- at night, it relaxes you and you sleep well afterwards. IMPORTANT: get at least 8 and a half hours to 9 of sleep every night, but on the weekends its okay to stay up :3. MOST IMPORTANT THING OF ALL TIME!: water, water, water, water and more WATER. CAN YOU IMAGE LIFE WITHOUT WATER D: water is necessary, drink at least 5-8 full glasses of water a day and drink until you are full, if you want beautiful hair, nails, eyes, skin and complexion you must drink the specified amount ^.
